Travel agency Arca Travel provides services as a trader, organizer or seller by the Act on the Provision of Tourism Services and may arrange, mediate or provide other services related to the travel and accommodation of tourists.

Travel agency is managed by: Ana Debelić, owner of the agency

The competent authority for the official supervision of travel agency is State Inspectorate – Independent Department of Tourism Inspection, Šubićeva 29, 10 000 Zagreb and Regional office in Rab, ( Trg Municipijum Arba 2, Phone . 00385 51/776-977)

NOTIFICATION ON SUBMITTING THE CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

Written Complaint to the service provided by the travel agency must be filed no later than 8 days after return from the journey in written to the address:

The travel agency will respond in written to the complaint received in this way within 15 days of receiving it, so please include your contact address in your complaint for the delivery of a response.
The travel agency will resolve only those complaints whose cause could not be eliminated in the place of service provision.
